At BRONX Shoes, we want you to step out with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear. Ensure your items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original BRONX branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
